Poker Tuition

Would it be difficult to make $ 1,000 a month playing poker online. I need money to pay the money and spend my college expenses other than tuition.

If you do not have the experience of playing poker, it will educate you and gain experience. You should start with a good book or two, as Ed Miller's Getting Started in Hold'em or Matthew Hilger Internet Texas Hold'em and master the basics of the game you'll need practical lower limit to master the skills you have learned from books. If you have the ability to be a winning poker player, 1k a month is certainly doable. It took me about six months to put me at this level. Some people take longer or shorter, and some people never manage to win at all.

Unless you have a lot of skill, experience, patience and time, I would not intend to make $ 1,000 a month playing poker online. Find other ways to make money for college.

You'll need several things to do. First, of course is competence. Part of what you can get from other people and some of them, especially the mental part of the game, you'll have to make yourself. Then you need time to spend. Third you need the desire to do so. Fourth, and finally you need a decent bankroll to start with so you can play games decent business, not great mind you, but decent. It is doable if, but do not expect to just jump and get down on your knees. It takes work and commitment and patience.

It depends if I were you I wouldnt start because nothing is sure, you can win, but you can lose and then you have even less money for you in college.
