In Moscow, Igor Panarin forecasts are fashionable;
America disintegrates in 2010''

A gay man with a polished and clear-cutting, Mr. Panarin insists he does not hate Americans. But he warned that the outlook for them is saying.

Washington, DC, and New York will be part of an America "Atlantic" that can join the European Union. Canada will get a group of northern states called Prof. Panarin "The Central North American Republic." Hawaii, he suggests, will be a protectorate of Japan or China, and Alaska will be incorporated into Russia.

He based the forecast on the classified data that is provided by analysts FAPSI, "he said. He predicted that economic trends, financial and demographic provoke a political crisis and social U.S. When things go wrong, "he said, the richer States to withhold funds from the federal government and effectively secede from the Union. Social unrest up to and including a civil war will follow. The United States then divided along ethnic lines, and foreign powers moved in.

There are many theories about everything, and when you have a country as vast and as powerful as the United States, the theories are equally important and sometimes powerful. There are also varying degrees of prediction. This prediction can be made, but the severity of the consequences of a self-fulfilling prophecy can make a difference.
