Do you think I can get a job at the post office with the employment history? Before school and during college I had a few odd jobs but I've never had a job long term.
After I graduated college (UW-Madison) with a BA in computer science, I got a job as a software developer. I worked for 4 months and I stopped. I've had the money I had for about 1 year. That I moved home with my parents for the past 3 years. Since his arrival, I played poker online (I tryed to become a professional poker player). I made a little money playing poker, but I have not worked in the past 4 years. I had a job working with computers, but it was temporary.
I am both a carrier of the city and rural carriers with USPS positions. My communication skills and people are not the best since I'm shy and introverted. But I'm smart and I am confident I can score higher on tests. So do you think I have a reasonable chance of passing the interview if I score and the examination or am I wasting my time?
For a position in the city Carrier-mail you an exam. Your job references have no effect, they may not even ask. It's not like a job interview private. You need to have a good driving record, drug test and criminal background checks of fingerprints /. You must also pass a test driving a right hand drive postal vehicles called LLV. When I took, I had to drive back through the centers of large orange weaving back and forth through them (so you understand how to use the mirrors).
Rural Carrier positions are based on the interview. As the local postmaster has the last word. (Carriers of the city, you usually applied by the Human Resource Centre.)

I passed the test with flying colors ..... sucks as you do good in this respect and are polite and courteous to the interview, you should be good.
Yes, I think you can call your local post office to find out where you can take the test as many times as you start off as temporary and move up as long as you can pass the test
Everyone has a reasonable chance as there is no criminal history

Logically ........ friend ..... You must fill out a job application and submit it to the potential use, right?
