Poker Charity Event

I do not know what I do. I want something with it during 50/50. 50 percent goes to charity, 50 percent goes to the pool. Do I have a lot to do to get it going. I also want to know if it would be allowed to have a 50/50 (payments again as the game of poker), beverages, food and alcohol (all proceeds going to charity) and perhaps some games the other side. Is this possible in Ohio.

It is not particularly difficult, but it takes some time and effort to learn about the laws and regulations.
