Ingredients
1 16-ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
1 18-oz barbecue sauce bottle
2 packages of 1 pound frozen meatballs, thawed (32 per pound)
Directions 1. For sauce, in a large skillet, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce. Cook over medium heat until the cranberry sauce has melted, stirring from time to time.
2. Add the meatballs to the sauce. Bake uncovered for about 10 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately or keep warm meatballs in a pan at low temperature to serve. Makes 16 servings.
3. Directions Make ahead: Prepare as directed in step 1. Stir in meatballs frozen or thawed. Place in an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. To serve, meatballs and sauce, heat a large skillet over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
