Do you think Phil Ivey will win this year's WSOP Main Event? If not, who do u think it will. Here is a link to the list of poker players November 9: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/November_Ni ...
No, he is talented enough to do so. But I think eventually someone like Darvin Moon will get the job mainly because it is based on the history of pro just an incredible ability to constantly suffer disappointments especially late in the tournament.
I agree with Danny. "For reasons of poker, I hope."
Unfortunately, all you have to do is look at history to know that the odds are seriously against Phil Ivey. Personally, I am delighted that Phil has made the final table. I was so desperate for an outstanding player last year, I was even rooting for Mike Matusow (30th). Look at the quality of players, read their chances, and then look at the history. Eastgate? Yang? Or? Hashem? Raymer? All the world champions and all a hit - Wonderland. "Only the last 5 years ... in poker has exploded. Texas Hold 'Em Poker is generally decreasing in popularity, but now ... fast enough. At the current pace, I think we have another 5-10 years before we see the REAL win the WSOP players. Just ask a poker pro: all the skills in the world can not defeat lucky. Jamie Gold is the proof. That ass beat Allen Cunningham at the final table and he is not worthy of polishing the shoes Allen. I'm not a fan of Allen Cunningham, but I respect a player who can play the Thurs In 2006, the ignorance of gold and unstoppable luck earned him a championship bracelet.
I like Phil Ivey, I really do. I even like his cheerleading strange "great". Jeff Shulman and Steven Begleiter are two great players too. All 3 are worthy of the bracelet, but it will probably Darvin Moon and his ridiculous string of luck that will win this year.
Sorry, Phil. You deserve it, but you probably will not get up drops popularity of poker ... and thousands of donkeys who do not care if they lose $ 10,000.
well, people are giving about 4-1 or 5-1 win, which I think sounds about right ...
It is probably the best player in the world by the estimate most people, but obviously he will have trouble with this stack
if I was in paris, I'd probably put money on Ivey
I think that Phil Ivey is a great poker player, he is often known as Woods' "Tiger Poker" and it suits him very well in my opinion, the way he has played lately, makes me feel that he will be victorious. Here's a good piece of him ... http://www.poker777.com/20090617/wsop-ev
For reasons of poker, I hope.
To the uneducated it will prove poker as a game of skill. If he does not win, lawyers, etc. Anti-Poker League Sat a game of chance "
