Internet Poker Law

Bush signed a law this week that Internet poker for money is not legal. Many sites, including Party Poker players were suspended the United States because they could not get close. Does it affect you? Where are you playing poker?

They are working with average players like you and me who care about the poker game to get the law repealed or amended to make an exception for poker. What Angers many of us the most is how they snuck in law as an amendment to a bill of port security that was virtually guaranteed to pass. Online poker has nothing to do with port security. As for me, because I consider it my duty to continue playing poker for as long as possible and to support sites that have taken a stand and are still supporting U.S. players.
