Horse Racing Gambling System

I'm looking for a serious person who likes to play which is somewhat familiar with Stats and Excel is ready to create a trifecta. I have had mixed success and the need to create a program to test my theories. Serious research only.

I am very good at Excel. Check out some of my past answers, if you wish. I also sometimes put on the back in the doggies early 90s when I lived in Wichita, Kansas. You do not bet on races since. I bet on horse races over the past few years, but finances do not really allow it any more!
