gambling in the United Kingdom how come I can do the lotto scratch card / 16, but 18 and 2 be put on a bet? I could win one million counterpart and that wud b OK so why i cannot go a bet on the horses or anything. contradict somewhat the laws do u think lol
A little! they take the absolute Michael in some cases, as you can
1.) Have sex real 16 not not watch porn until 18.
2.) Even with the armed forces, you can reach and defend your country at 16 without voting rights until 18 (but I think now you will not be sent into combat until 18)
3.) And the absolute dumbest of all is that you can leave school at 16, get a job and pay taxes to run the country but are not allowed to vote on what works until you are 18.
In a sense, yes, but the Lottery does not create a game habbit.
Lotto tickets are themselves only 5 bars will cost you at most a rate of £ 11 per week. You can lose that much on a single race, or more. And because the chances of stroke or changes in other sports, you feel you can play the system.
The National Lottery Lotto game strange level 13,900,000:1 for each row that you buy and scratch cards also have a chance of winning standard. This makes every bet you make the pot luck. And it is considered by law only when you reach age 16, you are able to understand it.
Other games of chance that is partly based on luck, but also on the trial. You should be able to understand that you place a bet, but seemingly unlikely, can lose. An eight-horse race has no chance of winning 8:1, because the skill of the jocks, the speed and endurance of the horse are calculated in the contradiction. This allows you to judge reviewed your choices, and this, and the easy way in which a substantial loss of large sums of money, you can only play on something other than the National Lottery when it is 18.
You're right, it does not make much sense. You can go out and buy the tickets worth £ 500 at a time if you had money. You could easily be hooked on the game
But in fact, having lived in both the UK and the U.S., I think the British system is better.
At the age of 16 and 17 have progressively introduce you to many responsibilities, such as smoking, lottery, driving, etc. Once you turn 18, you get the rest of your adult rights.
Now, the U.S., you can drive, but all other rights are retained until you are 18 years and even then you are treated like a child until you're 21. You can not drink, gambling is strictly regulated, universities treat you like a child and so on.
So I think it is good that the United Kingdom encourages you to grow a little at a time, then makes you a real adult when you're 18. I hated to have lived in the United States between the ages of 18 and 21.
You can not lose all your money (relatively speaking) on Lotto, because only a book, then you can put an amount on the bookies .... I do find it strange if
grbqg sf wxf
Because you will lose a lot of money hun .........
