Blackjack Speakerphone

Oh someone please know how to fix this problem! I can not get my phone rings, music or use the speakerphone. The internal speaker seems to work well, but the (outer ring tones, music, speaker) does not work. This phone was purchased on Ebay to replace my old blackjack that fell into the toilet - apparently they do not like water. Anyway, when you open the phone and turn it on, the phone is in silent mode, so I went to change and noticed NO sound external position. I tried the speaker and the other party can hear me, but I can not hear anything through the external speaker. That means I can not listen to music using the President, or even know when someone calls! Any help out there???
