I bought a Dell smartphone because the price was unbeatable. When building my product, I came across an AT & T plan selection, but I ignored because I'm on another carrier. He gave me no warning not to choose a plan or not to sign a contract. The price seemed too good to be true so I searched the Dell site aftter the order was processed and there was a small disclaimer of AT & T warning that the delivery of equipment is only available for customers to sign a new contract or if customers are eligible to upgrade. Am I obligated to sign for AT & T plan when it was not listed next to Cleary at the price of the phone? He did not mention at all that the price is based on discount after signing a contract for 2 years did not warn me of sanctions if the phone is in order and I do not sign for AT & T.
