Black Jack Inn

I recently went to a local restaurant (here in Wisconsin where the laws are fairly lax alcohol). The wait was about an hour and we waited about 15 minutes for seats. The seats, while only two have been opened at the bar (they have only a couple of chairs that are not in the bar). We sat down and my boyfriend ordered a beer (he was 25 years, I am 20) and got a Mountain Dew. She wanted both of our ID cards and said I could not even sit at the bar. So we ended up standing for an hour waiting for our table.

One problem with what I have done this many other restaurants in the area - Kodiak Jacks, The Black Bear Inn, Bar, and Buffalo Wild Wings (one that most people probably know) and n has never had a problem. I find it hard to believe all those violating the law.

It depends on the interpretation of the owner of the establishment.
I could always sit at the bar, but could not get served a drink or beer.
Maybe the bar was not big enough to accommodate sitters quite ordinary, which is not time to pay the customers?

It could well be the policy of this particular place, ask anyone at the bar to 21. Some places will even let you come to the door, unless you are over 21 years. It is more than likely a company policy a.

You mentioned the bar ... you're the Green Bay area??? (Appleton Im out of college .... small world!) I guess a lot of restaurants are fairly lax. Even the red bull, sky club (it was a bummer ED and Katie retired, they had the best steak) and even allow underagers Gullivers sit at the bar during the day because it was considered part of the restaurant . Some 21 only, as after 9 in some cases. What restaurant was (I know, no doubt).

It may be a new employee who does all the book for some time, perhaps?
