Bills Gambling

Most of his bills are due to gambling. He is 84 and is Demention.

WOW, difficult situation. I suppose you have the Action Plan on him and not vice versa. These debts are not yours they are of your father. Your only responsibility is to pay on its funds, if applicable. It is certainly a case to be a lawyer. You may be able to declare bankruptcy for himself and get rid of them or show that he was not mentally competent to make financial decisions and has never been extended credit. Was the loan granted before or after you took over? If it is after, it should not have any responsibility, except that you have signed for the credit.
