I recently heard of a couple in Arizona who had a contest for their home. What they did is an essay contest, but everyone who participated had to put in $ 100. 2500 people came so they made 250k. I heard they had legal problems involving gambling laws well (I'm sure it did not happen though) .. I was wondering if anyone knows if it is possible that I can do with my car and how I go about it.
